Arcfire - The Vah Quest

Does anyone know from which part of The Vah Quest is Arcfire from? Is it a reward from its side quest or?

Appreciate any info you could provide that leads to this piece of equipment, thank you in advance.
 
Going by the stats on it I would guess it's from the event at the very end of the Vah quest, but I don't actually know.
 
wow, that sounds like this piece of reward is coming out of a side quest that's even further than the end of the Vah quest itself...I have a long way to go.
