The good: The Arcanist Bracer procs Surge of Magic ever so often, a proc that lasts for 2 ticks and reduces mana cost by 35% while it lasts.
The bad: 2 ticks aren't exactly much time, with cooldown and lag, its often enough not enough time for a single spell to be cast.
And the ugly: This proc doesn't stack with the clickys from TMap Rings. These clickys last 9 minutes, and for me, it increases the damage per (archaic) nuke by 92 points.

- lenghten the proc duration to 3 ticks
- make the proc stack with or bounce from the ring clicky (Acc to my parser, this is a Slot1 stacking issue)
- or ideally both
