Apprentice Ungram quest bugged?

Apprentice Ungram in Grobb gives a quest to get 4 items. The items are: 2 mosquito wings, 1 alligator's tooth, and a leech sucker. The only thing I haven't gotten is the tooth. Has anyone see it drop? If so what did it drop off of?

I've seen it drop from alligator hatchling's but that was a) very very rare and b) at least 9 month ago (the last time I've seen them)

I have seen the froglok foragers have them also.
