Application Error

Can someone help me diagnose and fix the following error?

The exception unknown software exception (0x0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x1004f31f.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

I think it has to do with my graphics card but I am not sure.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS graphics card and the laptop is a 2.0 GHz 4 GB RAM. Anyone who could help me with this I would really appreciate it. I have re-installed EQ Titanium, re-installed drivers and cant think of anything else to do.

Ever since I installed Win7 64 Home on my Asus laptop I get this error when trying to run the SoD patcher with EQW UNchecked.

When I run it checked (so EQW runs) I do not get the error.
