I mentioned this in another thread, however it wasn't commented on, so I figured start another thread on it, since it's a seperate topic. Since targeted AoEs are now limited to 3 targets, think there's a chance critical hits could be added to them? Someone told me they used to crit (rains and AoE's) but it was removed because it was too powerful being able to target unlimited things and get criticals.
