anyway to retrieve a password?

I started playing a while back in the winter's roar days and setup 2 accounts so i could box my toons. A few days ago i decided to start back up my guys but don't remember one of my characters passwords. I do however have the username but can't seem to find any options to retrieve my password. Is it possible to do? Any help would be greatly appreiciated.

Srry but the only way to get ur password back is to either go to IRC and tell a GM about ur prob or /pentition it in in game i had the same prob but at the last second i remembered it if u do find it i recomend you to right it down some place Good luck
 
O and athering if it is only like a really low char like lvl 10 or something i just recommend starting a new char and make another account this way you wont waste any of Wiz or any other GMs Time Once again good luck
