My little Mage was really enjoying his new healing increment II item, from the River Hag quest, but now it doesn't seem to be working. I went from 206 heals back to 188 heals, and the difference is noticeable. Whatever happened, it must have been within the last 24-36 hours, because it was working just fine yesterday.
Anyone else having problems with healing increment?

Heals work better in the day time.

Seasons and holidays can also affect damage and healing. Check out this thread in the Tome of Knowledge for more info. I don't think all of what's there is implemented yet (or maybe the effects I haven't seen were implemented in Lands of Magic which is no more), but some of it is.
