Hey all:
I'm in search of someone who can make a minor tweak to my SoD UI.
Currently, i'm using a custom UI that was developed specifically for SoD - created by "Lynne".
Unfortunately, it seems Lynne is not active anymore with SoD, and my attempts to contact him/her through the SoD forums and the EQInterface forums have failed.
The crux of the issue is quite simple:
Here's the link to an image of what the components of this UI look like:

The problem is the "Target Window".
In the default UI, this target window will change the color of its background to reflect the level of the mob/npc/pc you're currently targeting.
For example, if you're a level 1 and you target a level 20 something, the background of the default target window will show up red (just like if you had /conned the target or right-clicked on it).
HOWEVER, in this custom UI by Lynne, the target window doesn't indicate in any way the color of the target relative to you.
This is actually kind of a pain, since there's a lot of value in getting an immediate color reference to the target's level - without additional keystrokes.
For example, you're running through a zone trying to solo XP, and looking for a mob that works for you. If there's a lot of mobs, some might be green, some cyan, some dark blue, some even cons, and some yellows.
Using the F8 key to simply cycle quickly through targets in range is VERY handy - as you can immediately find the mob levels you want, even if they're behind you or out of view.
Or, if you get jumped by a mob from behind, it's nice to know IMMEDIATELY what the relative level of that mob is (since you auto-target something that hits you when you have no current target) - so you can quickly act accordingly.
So... what I am looking for is someone who's savvy with these UI components that can take my current file(s), make the alteration, and then email the fixed version back to me.
I don't really care what the method of adding the color is: it could be any one of the following for example:
-Adding a thin, color-coded border around the target window that appears when you have a target
-Changing the color of the red target health bar itself, to actually be the color of the mob's con instead of a fixed red color
-Other option suggested by you?
If you feel up to the task, post here or PM me.
I'd be happy to give you my email address, and whatever file(s) are necessary for you to monkey with.
Thanks in advance, and I hope to hear from someone soon!
