Since i cannot post in the general discussion ill ask here. Anyone know if there are and other emulators out there for say, lineage II, SWG or anything like that?

No.

EQ is a game that's ~five years old, and was itself difficult to create an emulator for. Newer games are much more difficult to emulate, and if someone has bothered to begin to make an emulator, it's unlikely it would be anywhere NEAR playable for at least a few years.

There's an entire page or site up somewhere for emu's (do the search yourselves, I'm at work! =)

Last I checked, there were 3 for DAoC, 1 of which died and the other merged with DoL. Oh and DoL is less than 50% complete. Act surprised.

There were 1 or 2 AC (Asheron's Call) emu's.

There are/were 2 EQ Emu's of course. This one and "the other one" =). Other one never got finished. /shrug.

And then of course there were some 10 or 20 UO emu's out there. Many of them are 'finished products', but I never tried them...didn't like UO.

In summary, emu's are always being made, change week to week, and are in varying stages of completion. Bored or curious? Go troll the web for 'em. They're out there...

There is an emulator called Dawn of Light for Dark Age of Camelot.
Never actually gotten it running correctly but it does exist and seems to be updated semi frequently.

Nuralia and I tried this server and others based around the same project a number of weeks ago. They're doing well, but it's only half finished at the moment. A lot of spells aren't in, styles and abilities weren't functioning and droppable items from mobs wasn't supported.

The majority of classes had their main spells, but even they were a little buggy. had no experience of RvR at all, as there was hardly anybody around for the couple of days we were playing. At the moment, the emulator only really emulates the level grind of DAoC. :p
