Any ideas for 54 monk

I am a 54 monk and was lookin to upgrade my gear through questing since items for sale on vendors are either not good enough or not worth the cash for me at this point. Any help is appreciated btw I like a challenge as the last quests (my starfall) that I did were way too easy.

One thing that you can do is the amice of the dawn quest. The result is a shoulder item which adds 10% overhaste outdoors. I doubt you c ould do it alone but you will be getting experience while you are factioning with the mobs. The quest takes place mostly in Oasis.
