For those of you having trouble completing portions of this quest, I have updated the Wiki with an upgraded quest walkthrough. The changes include updated locations of both Poulter and the slave worker. Also note that you do not have to initiate the dialog with Guard Kombe to complete the quest.
For those who are not familiar with the quest, the quest rewards mid-level plate armor. It can be done at around lvl 14 by two boxing (or if you're twinked). Feel free to /tell me in game (Cerrwin or Heradrim) if you need help with it.
