the item that the belt summons says that my will is insufficient to command it, so it does me no good. And what i get from it is im guessing it is a snare? but damn man...20 second casting time for ONE and then i have to re-summon another, that's alot of time wasted...my suggestion is make it summon a stack or shorten the cast time. and if it is a snare, summoning a stack wouldnt be anymore powerful, if anything it would just save time.
