Another problem...

Hello, Yuaza again. Before I ask this question, I'd just like to thank everyone who helped me out with that other little thing that was bothering me. But as soon as I was about to try and fix said problem, I found out that I couldn't even log into the game. Here's the run-down...

- My Computer > Program Files > the Company > the Game > Release
- At this point, I double-click on sodpatcher
- As you guessed, the SOD Patcher opens, and I select Patch and Run
- The EQW beta 2.35a window opens, and I click Start Game
- The official Game Patcher opens, and does its thing
- I click Play, and the game opens, but there are some problems

1) My clicks do not register, so I can't even get past the Agree/Disagree shit
2) The cursor and entire screen blink rapidly
3) I can see some of my desktop
4) The only way I can get out of it is Alt + F4

I'm not sure if you need that much information, but I'm trying to make it as easy as possible for you. Does anyone know what's wrong?

This doesn't sound right... Unclick the "Run Patch Program" button from your EQW window. Not sure if this would cause your clicking problem, but I don't think you should run the other patcher after the SoD patcher...

Instead of clicking accept, try just tabbing to accept and hitting the enter key. I've heard that mouse clicking accept bugs/does not register for some people (Gunder already answered the question as to why you are patching to live: you have to de-select "run patch program" - a common mistake).

Thanks, by "Run Patch Program", I thought they meant the SOD Patcher...

The clicking problem still exists, and using the arrow keys doesn't work either.

Have you tried using the tab key (that is what I meant by tabbing to accept - not using the arrows)? Then clicking the enter key?

Stopping the patching to live every time should stop the blinky screen and let you use the mouse arrow to click agree.
