I don't think Beastlord has any sense with those classes, neither beastlord could benefit from those stats much... It's possible it's a typo and it was meant to be necro, instead Beastlord?

Yea, ive seen many stuff like that lol..
Yesterday we were linking random item that had some class issues like that.
