Been working on this thing for the passed two weeks. Been trying to get in touch with Eldamus and Overlord to let them have some input on this site, but whenever they're on, I'm not!

Well lets get down to the specifics. http://www.wrhq.net is a site where you can go and reserach items, quests, and class guides. The majority of the site is completed, I have to implement some other features such as spell lists, class guides and so on. I am graciously accepting item submissions although I may just do an item database search using Wany's ingenious invention, Wanelo (with his permission ofcourse). The problem with doing that is some of the flags (such as no drop and no rent) have been omitted from the table depicting the stats.

The site is open to the public, its always up and always expecting your visit! So please, take a moment to hit it up and post any comments. Submit any items, guides, or screenshots by using the submit feature!

Final note, I'm working on a feature that will allow you to upload pictures in gif or jpg format to the site which you can then later link in your submissions. Enjoy the site and use the forums to post any suggestions ;)
 
Link dont work for me just gives me a White Browser when it is finished loading ..... thought i would let you know

also ive updated the site while ive been unable to sleep, added:

forums speaks for itself, images allows you to upload images to my webservers (nothing over 1mb) in either .gif or .jpg format. automatically resizes the images to thumbnails and allows for remote linking. so have a ball uploading your screenshots to my DB!

EDIT: Fixed the url, "it should be working as intended"(tm) please update bookmarks to www.wrhq.net and dont forget to hard-reload the page (shift-refresh[f5]) incase if you still have the empty white page cached in your system!

a few things of note, i added a maps section to the main menu of the site. to submit a map follow the standard procedure by using the submit function. upload the map to your album then send me the url and some interesting camps!

users are not allowed to post on the map forums but they are allowed to comment, in order to expand on the hot spots in the zones. I just finished posting a map to Deepshade with 4 places of note. I will add more as i explore the zones but mind you, i cant do this alone! i need all the help i can get!

hey it takes a while to really learn how to administer a site using it although it does get simple when you get the hang of it!

EDIT: Updated some of the maps for each section, gotta go to work so i may or may not be online later tonight to do some major work on the site.
Also, Kaio has made a very good point as to WR's purpose. I am debating wether or not to keep some databases. Most likely I will discontinue the item database and only keep the Mob, Zone/Maps, and Guide databases. Reason being is because WR's purpose is all about exploration, if you know where something drops, you're just gonna farm it, i rather show you how to get there then do all the exploration work for you.

However i am still open to suggestions and am eagerly awaiting your opinions.
 
just added LDoN ingame maps download. you must be a registered member in order to DL it! its under the maps section of the main menu (duh).

gonna be busy all day tomorrow so i prolly wont be able to update the site, or be online for long.
 
I'm having an issue with the page. Registered, but when I log in, I don't stay logged in. Go to some blank page with:

_LOGININCOR


There's also an extra link, download WR maps, but nothing else.
 
what browser are you using? how high do you have your security settings?

sounds to me like either the browser doesnt support redirection or the cookie settings are too high. try just typing un/pw into the login box and clicking login.
 
IE. It's not restricting any cookies or anything similar, I have low security settings.

That's exactly what I do. It simply doesn't work.

hmm odd odd.. let me recreate your username and pw.. ill PM it to you and you can change it.

EDIT: i found the problem and addressed it. it seems that your registration never went through so i PMed you your username/password (which you can change in the "my account" menu). i hope you like the site :D
