Ancient Spell: Hammer of the Gods

We killed Nemmy the Mad in West Wastes the other night, and among other things, he dropped "Ancient Spell: Hammer of the Gods". Ancient Spell! Great! Except that this particular Ancient Spell is also for sale from Lorekeeper Channa in the Erudin Library, and has been for at least several months.

If the spell being available in Erudin is not a bug, could it be removed from the drop table?
