Ancient Spear

Not sure why the quested item http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Ancient_Spear has a rec level of 34 when the quest can easily be done by two untwinked characters at lv 32. The hardest turn in is from a lv 32 mob. Could the rec lv be lowered to be more inline with toons that can do the quest, say lv 30?

same applies to the other final quest rewards from crags of tarhyl. they're certainly doable with a group in the mid-upper 20s. imo, putting a recommended level of something more like 15 wouldn't be a bad thing. (I think it'd be a greater injustice to deny someone the joy of a nice quest reward than to have a low level character with a slightly overpowered weapon, but that's debatable)

yeah I figured it was affecting all the rewards. The more I think about it, I feel somewhere between
27 to 29 would make a lot more sense.
