Ancestral Mask of The Tal'yan(Undead wave event)

So I did the undead event with my shaman Jaren.

Did the turn in, killed all the various undead. Look around and there was no Spirit of Jirryik to hand over a Ornate Athame to me.

I petitioned and hung out for a couple of hours, but I guess I did this at the slow time of the day. Finally, I had to log to get some food with no mob pop and no petition answered. =( Could this mob either be popped for me or the item summoned?

I even took screenshots of me valorously defeating some of the undead, including the big and last undead guy!

he spawns before the event is done. you probably missed him. I'm assuming if you petition, and stay logged in with the petition, they will get to you and give you the drop.
