Anathemer's Mystic Belt

The clicky on this belt is Create Leonin Bola, 20 sec cast time. This creates a *single* Lore/No Drop/Magic throwing item that procs a snare. The few times I have tried this out, it didnt proc. For the time it takes to create a bola, I think it should be MUCH better. One idea is garenteed proc, garenteed to land. But I would prefer it to create a stack of 20 and change it to be non-lore. That way, it could replace the bag of burning rocks. Its getting a little old carrying that around, as it sits permanently in one of my 100% weight redux bag. Else the clicky is pretty much worthless, except maybe creating one after a split goes bad several times.

they used to be guarenteed proc no resist but they never worked on the multitude of unsnarable mobs that make up raid trash etc.

It should be noted that the range on these items seems to be broken (The Leonin Bola that is).

It's proc is a root not a snare.

Adn from my limited experience using it, it procs a whole hell of a lot.
