an awesome idea for port necks

hey, i have an awesome idea! let's just make the sk and dhk necks useless!!! how? we make them only work when you are ally to the appropriate faction. who likes that idea?

yeah, I saw this coming and knew it would anger everyone (it sucks for me too), but it makes sense...

i'm not angered, i can do without those necks (sure i'd prefer them to work, but it's not the end of the world). just sad that everybody's dhk ad sk necks will now rot in the bank, even though they could actually be useful without that change. looks like you can remove za'yth* and enforcer* again, since very few people will now bother to get those necklaces.
