I think this item need a looking at, maybe a tweak.
This item drops from Farhags and isn’t really that easy to get your hands on. It is class type specific item intcaster only. The effect is a neg10 resist click (it may get higher if you have an item with the correct mod. But I am not sure)

It is not an upgrade to the most common tier8 neck item in the game, not even close:

The click on this neck constantly pulses on a mob until you duck or it dies, it is amazing for high magic resist mobs. Also thaz lower earth neck has been the most overpowered piece of disgusting thaz loot for a long time.
 
Thanks Slaariel. Was just a suggestion. It always rots and hardly anyone use it. So I thourt - You know, why not bring it up. The constant puls only dos neg10 resists and most times i think a bard will be doing it (his is alot better). The rest of the loot of Ferdolen is alot better and you need the flag. Any thanks for looking at it.

It does -20 to magic cold and fire and is unresistable, although it gets overwritten by a few things there are definitely situations where the clicky is valuable.
 
Only 10 Otcho, and i agree. It can help a tiny bit sometimes.

Im not sure Ferdolen is an easier then Gornisht and in any case you have to kill bothe Corefire and High Chieftain Melamor. Aswell as a tone of othere mobs, to even be able to engage Ferdolen.

Edit: It also drops of Parildec and Gondolas And they are no pushovers like Ferdolen is.

Interesting. I just now did a test of it. 10 is the number it dos on a player, not 20.

Edit: Take a look at my Reputation on the top post there, I almost looks like some one has a special dislike of me. That is funny =)

The wiki isn't always right, but its a fuckload closer on player spells than the standalone. I can't account for internal numbers, so your mileage may vary, but I spent weeks writing the wiki parser to be able to handle SoD spells. I haven't parsed all of the item-only effects and stuff yet, don't have the time. But I'm always willing to do a few requests or double check ones that are there (and this one parses with 10 to resists.) And for the paranoid, just going to say again I keep an updated file from the most recent patch and compare it to spells_us on every update and reparse as necessary.

the clicky is awesome and it has 35 points of resists on it it should not be rotting unless everyone who can use it already has it, even if they do not wear it as an upgrade all of the time.

the only thing this item suffers from is sharing a slot with the aforementioned always-has-been-way-too-good thaz neck and a severely crucial focus that costs you serious stats in every other slot its in on that tier
 
Ok whatever heres the fundamentals with this item:
1) it lets your bard not mem this spell
2) it helps your bard/xyz/thing land their superior debuffs and there are alot of mobs who have a serious dislike for relic chant and this does make the difference.
3) if your bard dies(and they always die) it automatically reapplies and all it did was take you 8 seconds of casting.
