Amulet of Newport Faction

So I have been allied with all guards and all citizens of newport for some time. However, the desk sergeant himself cannot commit. He is only warmly towards me. When I turn in faction tokens, only my citizens of newport faction increases, so I assume that if turning in tokens is all I do, I will never get to allied.

Please, help me get my amulet of newport.

I am kind of wondering the same thing. I've searched these boards over and over and can't find a complete list.

Can someone post a list of what tokens gets you to what faction? I want to know when to stop with the bronze tokens!

The sergeant is on citizens faction as is the necklace. You've done some quests/turnins along the way that gave a bigger hit to guards than citizens. I'm the other way around on the both chars. I'm ally to citizens but only kindly to guards.
