I 've been trying to complete Amulet of Blackscale Service Quest.
I have all the heads I need except Hasmilia's AKA "a wounded bandit".
The link below says "Hasmila is hiding in Shadowdale in the first cabin from the West Plagueland zone. She is in disguise and is "A wounded bandit"" :?
I have been to Shadowdale for long ammounts of time (day...night... day thru night and night thru day) and can create you a nice topographical map with draws and spurs. I could show you how to die by an angry Ancient Treant and I even got tired of looking at Monk Starfall gloves. BUT I can't tell you where a wounded bandit spawns. I could guess that is supposed to be in the cabin to the right from when you spawn in from western plaguelands. You know the one across from Harbo Dwiddle and his a locked chest.
Coordinator Malika says, 'Hasmila is a spy who sought to infilitrate Grobb under a magical disguise. She was discovered by one of the Order, who managed to wound her before she made her flight. We lost her track, but she is likely hiding somewhere not too far, perhaps in the desolate Plaguelands, and likely under disguise once more. End her miserable existance. This will earn you a Third-Rank Bounty.'
Can someone please tell me if the quest has been nerfed, if I'm blind, or need to kill a najad when the moon is full on the 3rd day of september at 12 Am while holding a bloodied gnomish firecracker??
All help would be awesome and feel free to include spoilers I am very eager to complete this quest. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!!

While trying to complete the quest I had a nasty faction hit and took many hours of work from trying to max my Newport faction. I would feel horrible if I could not have either gate necks. Or at least not be able to Grobb neck and then having to complete twice as many hours to get my Newport neck.

P.S. walking to Shadowdale 20 times to find nothing stinks
