Amice of the Golden Dawn ground spawns bugged?

I've spent about half an hour now looking for the dagnor's and kedge ground spawns for the Amice. I've checked the exact locations where they're supposed to spawn, as well as looking all around the surrounding areas. There hasn't been anyone else in either zone while I've been there, so unless they were collected recently and have a very long spawn time, it looks like they're bugged. Any chance someone could check into this?

Unless it's been changed since I did the quest back in May or whenever, the timer is looong (as in many hours).

Thanks Loth... I'll check back in a few hours. There have only been a couple other people factioning lately, though. Oh well, we'll see =)
