There is part of the quest were you must find Tim Cobbler in North Newport and help him out.
He is having a tax problem and is "A little under 2000 gold coins." in debt.
There is a /cm d1 for "-Give 200 platinum.-"
Once you do it he will reply; "Tim Cobbler says, 'I... this... for me? I'll never be able to pay this back you know...'"
But 200 pp will not be removed from your character.
A bit after....
Ylva McDaniel is in need of a drakefish from WW to make a dish for the Festival of the Snow Wolf.
After you give her the fish she will reply; "Ylva McDaniel says, 'Amazing! My feast is saved. Someday I'll share this recipie [sic] with you <Player Name>, but for now take my gratitude.'"
and then return the fish back to you.
