Hello,
I recently finished my Silver Crown Trader's Pips and wanted to go say hello to Lady Shaina to see if she had any new quests for me. Upon arriving in Valley of Erimal I found that though I was allowed to enter the sanctuary I was unable to open the door in the courtyard. I spoke with another individual who was inside (Memu) and determined the problem... or so we thought?
My Sanctuary Rune was not on my person or in my bank. I lost it somewhere along the way.... Although, I have finished the Main Quest and received my Gemstone of the High Seeker from High Seeker Gavin.
I returned to him and hailed him in hopes of maybe getting the rune replaced. He responded "Yes, Trilt? Is there something I can help you with? You should speak to Shaina for your orders from now on." great. So I tried handing him my Charm of the Guardian with my Gemstone of the High Seeker in it... I got a message saying Remove the Gemstone of the High Seeker first. And then at the same time noticed that my charm was missing my Private's Insignia of Althuna.
After freaking out a little bit I used my deity necklace to go back to City of Mercy. Talking with Eisa of the Rose she directs me to my current step of the quest in [Roses of Judgment].
[Roses of Judgment] says "I met a rogue while on guard duty. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, but they can be deceptive. He asked me to find out that the fate of his girl friend and partner in crime, but was only able to tell me to find his journal somewhere near Kings Pass..."
I was unsuccessful with having either NPC respond for the missing quest pieces. And, in my current situation not only am I missing the Sanctuary Rune but my deity augment as well.
By chance I had my Fomelo up here is a pic with both augments in my charm
