Hey all, old school mmo fan here. Started with EQ back in 99 and haven't played any since I quit eq2 about a year ago. Came across the site while looking for new info on eq live, and it looks like my cup o' tea. Prolly gonna start out with a rogue ( I love me rogues) and go from there. See you all in game!
 
Welcome. If you are coming here for the live experience, it's somewhat here. Essentially it's a completely reworked and redone world. All with it's own lore, items, creatures and quests. Nothing on this server exists in Live.

We are unique.
 
I noticed that in my reading. I'm not looking to get back into live, I tried that once and wasn't too happy with some of the changes. I'm here because after reading the differences and some of the forums I like what I see and it's a system I'm at least somewhat familiar with, no matter what changes have taken place. Plus, I seem to find it easier getting into a new game than returning to ones I've become dissatified with.
