Allies and Enemies

I was doing the quest "Allies and Enemies" for the refuge on Ghaellie on August 6th at approximately 7:30 pm est. I turned in both of the items to the Spiderkind Broodmother and I was unable to get any response when I hailed her to complete the quest. She returned the one item but not the other.

I did the quest immediately after on my other character Arieanna and it worked perfectly.

I appreciate any help :)

bumping since been a couple weeks and still having this issue. No pressure just letting you know its still bugged :)
