Air-to-Air on a Prop

Me and my buddy are having a debate on whether or not the P-51 Mustang utilized Air-to-Air missiles during the korean war. I've done alot of searching and have yet to find anything. I would like to know if anyone of you have evidence in either case. Post what you think, but more importantly try to post a link to a site with this information.
:)

Yeah, I always forget about wikipedia.

However, your brilliance proves me correct! The P-51 was NEVER outfitted with Air-to-Air misslies. Rockets maybe, but thats apples and oranges my friend.

Oh, sorry, I was thinking of machine gun dogfights, which it was equipped for, not air to air missiles. That's what I get for posting at near 6AM.

I'm pretty sure air to air missiles are strictly a jets thing.

I dont think i've ever seen a P-51 outfitted for air-to-air missles. Defiently rockets though but trying to hit a plane with rockets is about as easy and flying above the enemy inverted and throwing rocks at them with an open cockpit going 400 mph. Thats air speed, mind you, =P

BTW, a good flight sim for WWII aircraft dogfighting and the like is called Fighter Ace, it use to be a pay to play game through zone.com but they dont have it anymore but there is still the official Fighter Ace webpage supporting it. Defiently a must have for some good realistic planes and aircraft combat.
