The aggro changes intended to make warriors produce more aggro without having to rely on lower delay weapons have had a massive impact on rangers. Jolt is extremely ineffective. The amount of aggro it reduces is very small and it (for me at least) doesn't land on most raid mobs 60% or more of the casts.
I have been having a lot of issues pulling aggro with my bow and with melee. With some warriors who are geared up to t7+, I still pull aggro off them while auxing their mobs when I'm in /s 4. The aggro generation is so high at times that I can turn off auto-attack for 30-45 seconds at a time and still have aggro until the warrior gets a successful taunt off. Aggro generation with a bow and no procs up is about as bad; if I don't wait and let the warrior build aggro I pull it with my bow. (6k bow hit>foelock?)
I've mentioned this several times, but the only response I got was that I was being "blatantly false." Like I said before, this really needs to be looked into. Rangers can build aggro extremely fast when they don't want it and have no way to shed it.
Jolt, Cinder Jolt, and Cryo Jolt probably need to be rebalanced in terms of how much aggro they reduce and their resist adjusts.
