Adventure bands

Hi

i just heard of Adventure bands, and i read about them on the wiki, but that just states the commands used, id like to know what exactly an adventure band does...? if i understand it correctly i can group and share exp with offline or online friends, evenly..

Example

me and my brother want to play together, but sometimes we have different play times, if we start an adventure band, say my shaman and his warrior, if i solo (while he is offline but in my adventure band) and i level, will he also level?, (given that both characters are the same race and started at same time)

The answer to your question is yes.

Yep If you're off soloing and he is offline, he will get the accumulated exp the next time he logs on. It's really great if you want to level together but can't necessarily share the same time online. The only sucky part about this is that the person who isn't online as much has to work harder to get their skills leveled up to get capped and match the other's abilities.

And don't store too much xp as I heard the number of levels / AA you get when logging back can be fubared (read much less than expected). I'm sure people have fun stories about this.

max i ever stored was a couple million xp and didnt have a problem gaining the correct amount of AA. now lower lvls might be interesting.
