Adventure Band XP - 1 AA max

I was MIA for a month due to real life issues. Upon recently logging in and paying off the experience debt I received a little over 2,400,000 points of experience. The thing is all that experienced netted me a single AA. I am not sure whats exactly the amount of xp needed for a single AA point but I am certain its not in the millions. Could this be looked into plz. Character name in game which has paid off the debt and received the is Buka. The one that has the same amount of band xp stored due to the debt is Drotic. If possible let me know something I am currently am scared to use Drotic for xp groups prior to getting this issue resolved. If possible me know ASAP if I can use him and not worry about this problem.

We have run into this a few times previously but never with this insanely large amount of xp There were numbers like 900k xp which would net 1 AA as well for my brothers characters Vartenal and Sonix. It seems to me anything over around 300k xp nets one AA no matter what is the number. My brother and I have lost a great number of AA due to this issue because during many of my xp sessions I would gain more then a single AA in a single sitting and he would get just one. The same goes for me.

Who do I talk regarding xp reimbursment? Seems there around 10AA I lost on each of my characters.
 
I understand. But should the fact that there are about 10AAs worth of xp was lost during just one session and that I have proof that I did indeed gain that experience be made into an exception? For me 10AA on each character is a lot of xp.
