adv band -- OOPS!!

OK, I'm not really sure where else to post this, so I'm dropping it here.

It would appear that my adv broke. Last week I logged on my BST and friends DRU and got us to lvl 43 and 41 respectively. I then logged off. Yesterday my friend logged on her DRU (41) - the one mentioned above - and SK (38) both in the same adv band. She got a grp and started xp'n. It was a great grp I hear, but everyone was lvl'n twice as fast as she was. She noticed that the SK was getting no adv xp, and her DRU was getting only a little. She finally logged w/ her DRU (45) and SK (41). When she logged on my BST (43) to see how he was doing he dinged 60!!! Some how he got 17 lvls of xp from her grp, and she only got 4 and 3 respectively... Not only are we unsure how that much exp was earned, but it all went to one toon, who in theory should have been cut off at lvl 55, if nothing else!?!

How do I go about getting him reduced back to 47, and the xp that should have gone to both the DRU and SK distributed back to them?!

Same thing happened to a friend of mine, we could not determine why but we were banded and playing diff chars. I logged in my banded guy and got 2 levels...he logged in his and got like 10 for roughly the same amount of xp.

We petitioned to have his levels removed, you may need to do the same. Just be sure to explain it in your petition clearly...initially my buddy was simply told "Thats how Adv Bands work, you get XP while not online" and closed the petition ...

Well, this could happen since the leveling doesn't happen until the toon logs in. So the 10 level difference check won't work.

Any chance any of those toons had exp debt? Band exp doesn't distribute while you have exp debt. But there's no way he should have dinged 17 levels from one afternoon of exping. Not sure if it's possible but is he in two different exp bands?

I asked her about the the xp debt. She only died once. I couldn't have been in two different adv bands because I made this toon specifically to lvl w/ her druid and sk.
