Accoutn reactivating help. I have a real problem.

I used my UI files to get back my character names and used fomelo to check if they were still alive and not deleted names and I came up with all my Character names and I know im using the right username but when I hit submit It says my avvount is not a registered account. I am capatilizign the character names too.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!?
