Account Suspended

Havn't played in many months if not a year until last night and my Main account is showing as suspended. Sent an E-mail to GM Tao for what looked like the closest to the problem as I could find in the stickies, but in case that was the wrong course of action I am asking here as well.

Issue isolated and handled. Found another account with this issue, fixed it too... that guy hasn't played since 2007, though, so he probably didn't know, doesn't know, and will never know.

Oh well.
