Hi,
I'm trying to recover my account's password (terawalker25 is the account name) but I never receive the account emails when they are sent.
I have turned off my email accounts spam filters but I still don't receive them as well. Any advice? I have the email address correct according to the software and the account name I just can't remember my password.

I am using an AOL mail account if there are any known problems with that.
