Account reactivation

Hey, just wondering if it is possable to get an old account reactivated. I get the 1017 error at the enter world screen on the old account but on a new account i have no problems logging in. I can still see my characters on the wanelo so i assume they are still there just not active. Any help at all would be nice, even if it is telling me that that account is lost forever.
I almost forgot the account info.... the username is kylewehrman

I suggest removing your user name here.. and heading to IRC to PM a GM.. that is once they get the PW reset tool working.. I think Wany is doing that and is still /afk or is it /MIA .. not sure. LOL..

the chars have all been moved to another account now. the account named in the post was way broken i guess.
