Account Name Change

This is in regards to my FORUM account, NOT my in-game. I was wondering if it is possible to get a namechange on the account, or if I should just create a new one, since I am fairly new to the forums. I just don't know how many little inactive accounts you care to have. This would also be a one-time thing, not like I plan on changing names every month.
