Account Management Tool

(Sorry if this is the wrong sub-forum as this question related to the web site and not the game itself.)

Hi all,

I'm trying to return to SoD after a several year hiatus. I know the email accounts that my character accounts were registered under, so I'm trying to use the Account Management tools from the SoD sire to reset my account passwords. Has anyone used this tool successfully (recently)? I've not yet received an email. I know this worked in the past.

E-mail me at [email protected] from that e-mail address the accounts are registered under if the automated tool is not working for you. It'll certainly not be as fast as the automated too, but I'll be checking that e-mail later tonight, and I'll give it a look.
