Account management issues

This issue probably isn't with the system itself, I used to play on the server a long time ago when it was Called winters Roar. I had 3 characters, and I am unable to retrieve any of there information my Rogues my shamans or my clerics.
I have attempted the Recovery methods, but my email is no longer linked to the accounts.

Not sure if it was lost during the transition to a SoD only server from Eqemu server or what but im unable to retrieve any of my accounts.
 
im assumiung that the 2 characters in your signature are the toons mentioned above, Raks is a shaman with 53 aa's and about 4k mana? is this your toon? if not means that your toon's were deleted or lost somehow and someone made another with that name? -shrug- its tagged in Aeternus, Also Skar is a lvl 5 shaman? so im assuming somehow or another your characters were deleted, you need help from a GM. and as far as i know the GM that currently handles situations such as this one is currently MIA! Sort of when I first made my rogue it was named skar but at some point I was asked to change it so it was rename to onikitsu the shaman is raks and was used by my guild at the time aswell my cleric was also used by the guild was named kylun but doesn't come up on fomelo anymore
 
well if you can find your characters on Fomelo then they still currently exist in the database and its a job for Xardon? and Tao if he's up to the task but he's usually got alot on his plate. Good luck m8
