Hello I've been playing SoD off and on for about 4(Edit after looking at my join date 06, 5) years maybe longer and I've been able to get all of my accounts in order but 1 I forget the information for it and I am the owner of the accounts number in order on eather side of it. like Account Account1 Account2 Account3. I am missing the account 1 information and was wondering if it was possible to be reset for some reason its not tied to the same e-mail maybe I mistyped it or something.

Step 1

Try the automated system available from the SoD main page. Here's a direct link. http://shardsofdalaya.com/acctmanage/index.php If (AND ONLY IF) that fails to help you, move to Step 2.

Step 2

E-mail me at [email protected] with all relevant information. That includes every account name, every e-mail address, what exactly you did in Step 1, what information exactly you were given as a result of Step 1, what you still need, and stuff like that.

Step 3

Wait patiently for my reply, and remain calm and patient in the likely case that I require more information to prove account ownership.
 
Rol is that u? Stryda here, i think u changed all ur passwords a while back but didnt changed Rol's. It's your old pw.

PS if you have Rol's pw I completely forgot what it is.
