Accidentally deleted a character

Im really sorry, I'm not sure where I should post this. I was logging off just now, and I guess I clicked the delete button instead of the quit button at the character select screen. I was incredibly tired (i still am), and kind of instinctively clicked the confirmation button as well. Im pretty sure when you quit out it has a similar confirmation message, i just kind of non-chalantly clicked yes. I feel so stupid right now.

The character I deleted was named Kriakrov... Ive had this guy for months and months. It would really suck to have him dissapear forever because of a silly mistake I made while tired. Please tell me somebody can help me, I'll provide my account information through PM if needed. thanks.
 
Try /petition with another character ingame or ask in IRC. Im sure they will restore your character ;)

Il'l definately try that tommorow... but right now I have to go to sleep. thanks alot for the advice though !
 
Yet another reason why SoD > The Game. Wiz and company have fast response times. I once deleted a character in live it took 2 weeks and around 10 emails.
 
uh hey not to seem like a pest or anything but kriakrov is now level 30 (he used to be 35, one orange away from 36), and missing a ton of equipment. Was this the last savestate or whatever of this character? That sucks so much :(

well, better to lose a few levels and some equip then the whole character i suppose. anyways, good work admin team, and im feeling good about knowing that our admin team is quick and responsive. Live would only wish to have quick responces.
