about #doapproval

Hello, after reading everything in order to get eq working for this server over and over again ;( I tried to understand one line at the section of the main webpage "join winters roar" that says: "after logging in, you have 60 seconds to type #doapproval to validate your account". What doest it mean? if I forget to do so I have to make another account again? Please, sombody clarify my newbie mind :sadf:
All help greatly apreacciated, as always.
 
When you first join WR you are stunned, you can't do anything until you have done #doapproval, if you don't do it within 60 secs you get disconnected, you have to connect again and you have a new 60 secs time.
