about clerics epic quest

anybody know the name/general area of the NPC you turn the hair into for the holy water? Erudin's a big place =P
 
The cleric trainer over-looking the small pond in the area with the two transporter pads.
 
High Priest Chaunella doesn't respond to hails about the hair. She's the head GM cleric, so I think that's her (she fits the description) but I don't just want to hand it in without following some cues first.

And yes, I realize I'm ruining the questing experience, but I got the hair at a GM event so I had to skip a good chunk of the quest anyway =P
 
If you turn in the hair and she isnt the one she will hand it back if i am not mistaken. so ya dont lose either way :p
 
If I remember correctly you turn in the hair to the npc outside velks and then turn in that item to the one in erudin
 
fjodor is right

you turn the hair in to the npc at velk and youll get an empty vial
give the vial to the cleric GM in erudin and you gain the water
