AA refund for Perma / Soul Bond

I'm not posting to complain about the replacement of Permanency with Soul Bond. In fact, I generally approve of the change as it will encourage the grouping of the classes that are the primary buffers, ie. shaman and chanter. However, I had purchased Perma on my mage. Are there any plans to refund the AAs to everyone and allow them to decide whether to purchase Soul Bond? Soul bond is an utterly useless ability for a mage considering our one group buff, relic DS, is relatively low mana and fast casting and now is less dmg than the druid relic DS. It's not a big deal to recast it every time as needed. And since pet's can't be rezzed, there is no incentive to use it on a pet.
 
Yeah, but one of the people that can script (Foma or krich) will need to write a script to do it.
 
agreed, those that want a refund should definately get it imho. (myself included as i personally think soul bond is rubbish)
