AA question Heroic Power

Heroic Power 5 2 61 Passive None This ability raises the maximum that your statistics can be raised to, with items or spells, by 5 points per rank. You may train this ability once each level, beginning at level 61.

What is a considered a statistic? Is that str,sta,agi,dex,cha,wis,int?
Is 2hb,1hb,h2h,2hs,1hs a statistic that will be raised also?

Strength, Stamina, Agility, Dex, Wis, Int, Cha

Doesn't affect resists, weapon skills, etc. Just the 7 primary stats.

Guess I should have pondered this longer before I posted my question heh. Didn't have my coffee yet.
Since item mods like +5 2hb automaticaly gives you the bonus. And there's no spells that raise 2hb. Trying to figure out how to get 250 2hb without getting a bonus item was just wishful thinking.

Well any of the casting skills (evocation, conjuration, etc) and melee skills (dodge, 2hb, taunt, etc) can be raised through gear only. Any given skill can benefit from +25 points total from items, and this works past whatever your class cap is for that skill (245, 250 etc can be raised to effectively 270, 275).

Weapon skill items, and things like offense and double attack, are rare to find. I can only think of like 2 level 65 items that have +2hb on them, and one is from an Ikkisith raid target. Hopefully more items get added that have them, since it's one of the few ways to increase weapon DPS without actually getting a better weapon.
