400 accounts loged in during peak times...
Groups.. depends on what level...
1-20 pretty easy I would say, plus you can always solo.
21-50 can be rough to find groups.. specialy in the 30-40 area
50+ starts to get much much easyer
60+ Very easy
Of course joining a guild makes this a easyer task then spaming in OOC LFG!@@!

Actually it's more like 1-45 is easy to find a group, 46-60 is the hardest to find a group, and 60+ is easiest.
