A plea for help

Hey folks, recently hit with an ugly corpse vanishing bug that's left me in need of a full resummon. A couple of further problems have arisen while trying to figure out what I had, first my back logs were lost in a reformat, second I've can't recall the exact names for some items, and finally I completely forgot what I had in specific slots. So before I put poor Nur through the mess of #summonitem I was hoping my fellow Guardians could help with name corrections / and if anyone remembers what item's Aelith had in her missing slots.

EDIT: Also, don't forget Aelith's Skeletal Hand. The one that dropped for Sannivath, Prince of Fire. :p That could be important.
 
You are SO not getting 20 food/water and 50 peridots summoned individually, just so you know. Make sure to have everythign in a text file that you can send to me over IRC! :)
