Where we can post our class, Prefered style, and play times so that we may find a fellow player who we could makes friends with and arrange times to play or group.

Not sure that you really need a forum for this. If you want to get it started, I'd recommend going to general discussion and posting some info as well as what you're looking to find.

ooc is serverwide, so it's fairly easy to find other people like you whom play the same time as you.
