A Gnoll Priestess (Lake Starfall)

Over the past couple days I've been waiting for this npc to spawn so I fcan move on with my main quest, and she has yet to spawn. I am in the proper location, I did the staff quest, and have the Priestess Spirit Staff, standing at the totem by the 2 gnoll elders, and she has yet to spawn. I am aware that some people kill her, but I've been here far past the spawn time according to other players. I don't know what to do

Only thing I can think of to say is hang out by the little altar thingie for a while, the gnoll priestess has about double the respawn time as the rest of the gnolls on that land-mass. I feel your pain, I watched many a quester sit and twiddle their thumbs while I made pictures and wrote words with gnoll bodies, and hers was frequently among them
